Your Quote Includes:
• The Pick up and Delivery of your goods.
• The Loading & Unloading.
• Disassembly and Reassembly of the larger items.
• Protection of your items with moving pads.
• Tax, tolls and fuel.
• Standard valuation protection ($0.60 per pound per article).

Please note unless disclosed on your Order for Service, packing is not included. You will be responsible for the packing of your fragile items including but not limited to: TV’s, mirrors, pictures, glass and marble top tables. Please also take the time to prepare your mattresses. Please contact us for discounted rates.

Only the volume and or services listed are included in the total cost. Any additional volume or additional services added at the time of the loading of your items will result in additional cost.If moving by weight,you will be responsible for the actual weight of your shipment.

Storage: Free Storage of 30 days is available with no redelivery or handling fees.This must be advised prior to the picking up of your shipment.

Stairs and Elevator Fees: Please note the first (24) steps are free. Each additional flight is $75 per flight. There is a one time fee of $75 for an elevator. Please make sure to advise your moving consultant if this is applicable for your move.

Long Carry or Shuttle Fee: Long Carry: This is when the truck is not accessible to the home of more then 75 feet. The first 75 feet are free and a fee of $75 for each 50 Feet there after will be applied. Shuttle Fee: This is when the truck is not able to get into the area of your new home. The rental of the smaller truck and the labor of reloading would then be assessed. Pricing is based on the volume of the move.

Delivery Timelines: Please be advised your ETA begins on the first date you state you are ready for the delivery.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES: ALL WITHIN REASONABLE DISPATCH:
EAST COAST: up to 10 business days.
MID WEST: up to 14 business days.
WEST COAST: up to 21 business days.

To reserve your move a 20% deposit is required. At the time of the move 50% of the balance after the deposit is due and the remaining 50% is due at the delivery.

Cancellation Terms:Your deposit is 100% refundable up until Three days (72) hours prior to the actual move date. Should you cancel within 72 hours of the move date your deposit will be applied as your cancellation fee and will not be refundable. Credit cards are NOT accepted at the delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you the customer choose to not use the service due to lack of being prepared for pick up on the scheduled date(s), this will cause you, the customer to forfeit the 20% deposit and the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee. Please note ALL CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING. However, AA Auto & Home Movers understands situations beyond our control sometimes occur. We will consider transferring your deposit to a future relocation. Certain fees may be applied.

AA Auto & Home Movers liability is for any of its own actions and shall be limited to the amount of the deposit paid by the customer as stated on the front of this Contract. Any and all legal action against AA Auto & Home Movers must be done in the state of New Jersey. AA Auto & Home Movers is a broker and will assign your move to an agent within their network.
